Hi, I’m Alice. I offer private yoga therapy sessions shaped around your needs. Drawing on classical yoga philosophy and many years of experience, I support you in meeting stress, tension, and life’s challenges with more ease and clarity.
Each session applies yoga tools—postures, breathwork, relaxation, meditation, reflections and more—tailored to address your physical, mental and emotional needs and goals. Together, we create space for balance, resilience, and self-awareness—on and beyond the mat.
We will begin with a free discovery call to review your needs and goals and you will complete an intake form and waiver. Initial consultation sessions last for 90 minutes. Follow up sessions are 60 minutes (90 minutes sessions are available on request).
