Hi, I’m Alice—and I created the Motherhood Collective to support women navigating the emotional and physical realities of raising children, from infants to teens and beyond.
This is a space for gentle yoga therapy, guided meditation, and honest connection with other mothers. No fixing, no pressure—just room to slow down and feel supported.
Think of it as a cozy community gathering for your nervous system.
my intention as your guide
As a yoga therapist and fellow human navigating life’s complexities, my role isn’t to tell you who to be or how to mother. My role is to create a space that feels safe, warm, and welcoming—where your body, emotions, and experiences are respected.
I’ll offer guidance, structure, and support, while honoring your autonomy and lived experience. This space belongs to all of us.

THE DETAILS
Motherhood Collective
WHAT: Group yoga therapy with guided meditation and supportive discussion
WHO: Mothers of any age or stage (limited to 6 participants)
WHEN: 3rd Thursdays | 6–8pm
WHERE: Mill Yoga Studio, Exeter, NH
HOW MUCH: $60 per session or $50/session for purchase of 3 or more
