KARMA YOGA AFFIRMATIONS FOR MOMS

In this short affirmation practice, we'll connect with the Four Steps of Karma Yoga: acceptance, concentration, excellence and non-attachment as a way of approaching motherhood with greater clarity, peace, and contentment.

As mothers, it's easy to become caught up in whether we're doing enough, getting things right, or achieving the outcomes we hope for. Karma Yoga offers a different approach: focus on how you show up, give each moment your best, and release the pressure to control what happens next.

We repeat these four affirmations to help you bring this ancient yogic wisdom into your everyday life as a mom:

“I happily accept my responsibilities.”

“I concentrate fully on this present moment.”

“I am doing my best.”

“I let go of expectations and am content.”

You don't have to be a perfect mom. You can approach each day with intention, presence, and a willingness to let go and through it find more contentment and ease.
