A CALMING BREATHING PRACTICE FOR MOMS:

Feeling pulled in a dozen directions as a mom? Alternate nostril breathing is a simple yogic breathing practice that can help quiet a busy mind, restore a sense of balance, and invite more calm into your day.

When you're juggling the needs of your children, family responsibilities, and your own emotions, taking just a few minutes to pause and focus on your breath can offer a welcome reset.

In this guided practice, we will practice Alternate Nostril Breathing, a traditional yoga breathing technique that you can return to whenever you need a moment of calm, balance, and connection with yourself.

A little reminder for moms: You don't have to do everything at once. Sometimes, a few quiet moments are enough to help you approach the next moment with greater ease.

Note: Keep your breathing gentle and comfortable throughout the practice. If you feel short of breath or dizzy, stop and allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm. If you are pregnant, have a cardiac condition, or high blood pressure, do not hold your breath.
