YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A PERFECT MOM:

SHORT SELF-ACCEPTANCE PRACTICE
Do you ever feel that you should be doing more as a mother, that you're not quite enough, or that you should somehow be doing things better?
Motherhood can bring up feelings of self-doubt, guilt and self-criticism. We can become so focused on what we think we're getting wrong that we forget to offer ourselves the same kindness and understanding we give to others.
This short, gentle practice invites you to pause, acknowledge difficult feelings without judgment, and cultivate greater self-acceptance.
This exercise offers a simple way to soften self-criticism, learn from our experiences and meet ourselves with greater kindness.
You don't have to be a perfect mother to be a good mother. You can recognise where you'd like to grow and change while still accepting yourself as you are.
