YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE IN CONTROL OF EVERYTHING

A GUIDED RELAXATION FOR MOMS
Do you ever find yourself over-directing, controlling, or trying to manage everything as a mom? Wanting things done a certain way, finding it hard to let your children do things for themselves, or struggling to let go when things don't go to plan?
Often, our need for control comes from wanting the best for our children. But constantly directing, managing, and trying to make everything go a certain way can leave us feeling tense, stressed, and unable to enjoy the moment. It can also inadvertently rob our children of confidence, hinder their development and damage our relationship with them.
This gentle guided relaxation for moms invites you to loosen your grip and practise letting go. Through awareness of your breath, you'll be guided to release tension with each exhalation, soften the need to control, and cultivate greater ease and trust.
In this practice, you'll:
Release the tension that comes from trying to manage everything
Let go of expectations about how things should be
Soften the urge to direct and control
Find greater calm by coming back to the present moment
It’s not about caring or giving up your responsibilities. You can simply learn to recognize when you're holding on too tightly and give yourself permission to soften.
🌿 A gentle reminder: You don't have to control every outcome to be a good mom.
