LET GO OF CONTROL:

A SHORT CALMING PRACTICE FOR MOMS
Do you ever feel the need to control everything or find yourself striving to make things go a certain way?
This short practice will help you release tension, soften the urge to over-direct and overcontrol, and reconnect with a sense of calm.
By breathing in an intention of calm and breathing out and letting go, you can create a little more space and ease in the midst of everyday motherhood.
In this practice, you'll:
Release tension and anxiety through your breath
Let go of striving and the need to control
Cultivate a calmer, more accepting approach to motherhood
You can return to this practice whenever you feel overwhelmed by expectations or find yourself trying too hard to force things to happen.
Small moments of practice can help you approach motherhood with greater calm, patience, and presence.
